This research was developed with the primary purpose of determining the determining factors of female labor participation in the Lambayeque Region, period 2019 - 2022. Regarding this, a methodical regime with a quantitative, non- experimental, basic, descriptive-explanatory and cross-sectional approach was used, where a total of 1891 women of working age in 2019 were taken into consideration as a sample for the Lambayeque region, while in 2020 the sample was 1849, in 2021 it was 1817 and in 2022 it was 1772, in addition to this, documentary analysis was applied as a technique and a logit model was used. The results showed that the determining factors in 2019 were place of residence (27.03%), age (0.77%), secondary education level (6.81%) and higher education level (20.87%). For 2020 the significant factors were place of residence (30.63%), age (0.45%), mother tongue (5.78%) and level of higher education (33.40%). In 2021, place of residence (27.40%), age (0.38%), mother tongue (4.56%) and level of higher education (24.20%). Thereafter, for 2022 they were, place of residence (5.28%), age (0.67%), mother tongue (4.23%), primary level of study (3.74%), secondary level of study (2.12%), higher level of study (3.06%).
