Bioethics applies to both science and life in general, focusing on moral values and principles. The objectives of this descriptive qualitative research are: Describe and analyze the bioethical considerations in the daily treatment at home of older adults from the Pueblo Joven Simón Bolívar, Chiclayo 2024; The sampling technique will coexist as non-probabilistic, since it will be obtained by convenience. The sample will be made up of 12 older adults, under their informed consent, its size will be obtained by saturation and redundancy technique. A semi-structured interview was used in data collection, and a script of questions was used as an instrument; It was validated by three experts in qualitative research and work with older adults in that PJ, and a pilot test; The data collected underwent thematic content analysis. The categories that emerged were: A: Ageism in the family coexistence of older adults: shouting, lack of respect, claims for property. B: Deterioration of autonomy and communication in the relationship between the elderly and family. C: Facing loneliness with health and economic problems. D: Older adults and the search for distractions within the family and in society.
