The implementation of the youth employment quota in private labor companies through part-time contracts has been proposed, due to the labor problems that young people face in their search for employment opportunities, the beneficiaries being young people, labor regime companies. private, economy, society and the country, likewise, the feasibility of such implementation through part-time contracts lies in factors such as the ease of transition to full-time employment and the flexibility in allowing young people to access employment while studying or doing any other This activity, in the same way, is feasible in companies with a private labor regime, since they have a reduction in labor costs, in addition to being recognized with a tax incentive for hiring young people. In this sense, in view of the high percentages of youth unemployment, it has been proposed to implement the youth employment quota in private employment companies through part-time contracts, in order to increase access to youth employment taking into account their availability of time to work, benefiting both young people and companies directly and the economy, society and the country indirectly, under foundations such as the essential content of the right to work and labor principles such as the protective principle.
