This research aims to analyze the influence of natural rubber latex on the physico-mechanical properties for the stabilization of sandy soil subgrades, with additions of 18%, 23%, 27%, and 32%. The increasing complexity of road projects and the shortage of suitable materials motivate this study, which seeks to determine the viability of latex as a stabilizing additive. This research is purely experimental and correlational in nature, presenting laboratory test results in relation to soil properties and latex dosages, employing a quantitative approach with probabilistic sampling. The hypothesis posits that the addition of latex will significantly improve the physico-mechanical properties of the soil, for which tests including modified Proctor, CBR, consistency limits, among others, were conducted. Finally, the results show that, in test pit C- 01 (SP, A-3 (0)), the maximum dry density (MDD) increased from 1.659 g/cm³ to 1.783 g/cm³, and the optimum moisture content (OMC) from 10.70% to 14.13%, with an increase in the average CBR at 95% from 11.60 to 14.90 and a reduction in the CBR standard deviation from 3.24 to 0.99. In test pits C-02 and C-03 (SM, A-2-4(0)), the MDD and OMC also improved, with increases in average CBR and reductions in variability. The addition of natural rubber latex improves the density, OMC, and bearing capacity of sandy soil, providing a solid basis for future applications in soil stabilization.
