The main objective is to evaluate whether financial culture has a relationship with the indebtedness of the worker of a retail company in 2021. Of which the first specific objective is to evaluate whether budget management has a positive relationship with the level of indebtedness of the workers of a retail company. in 2021; second specific objective, evaluate whether savings management has a positive relationship with the level of indebtedness of the workers of a retail company in 2021; Third and last specific objective, evaluate whether investment management has a positive relationship with the level of indebtedness of the workers of a retail company in 2021. The methodology used is a Probit model, given the econometric model, the results show that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of financial culture and debt. Responding to specific objective 1, the results indicate that budget management does have a positive relationship with the worker's debt; with better budget management, the probability of having a better credit rating will increase by 71.96%. With respect to specific objective number 2, with better savings management the probability will increase to 27.75%. And, finally, responding to objective number 3, the results show that better investment management increases the probability of improving the credit rating by 31.72%.
