This Academic Work called Practice of Ethical Principles of Professionals during Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in the Emergency Service, whose objective be to be able to Identify now the Ethical Principles in Health Professionals in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, the EBE methodology (Evidence Based Nursing) was used.) was developed based on five integrated phases. As Sackett argues, the starting point is the definition of the problem. What is the Practice of Ethical Principles of Professionals during Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in the Emergency Service? A thorough search of virtual libraries was carried out: PROQUEST, GOOGLE ACADEMIC, JOURNAL OF RESEARCH AND INNOVATION IN NURSING, NURSING GLOBAL, SPRINGER and others, 10 articles were chosen considering Gálvez Toro criteria. Finally, one article was selected, analyzed with Astete's guide. Concluding that, in the Principle of Autonomy, Nurses were confronted, regarding Non-Maleficence, nurses were faced with elderly and terminally ill patients in whom the result of CPR was evident in advance, but they had to perform CPR, Furthermore, the principle of beneficence was violated in these patients, because performing CPR on said patients was useless, and not only did the patient not benefit from it, but he also suffered during the procedure.
