Informality is a problem that constantly occurs in different districts of Lambayeque, among them we have the district of Morrope, a city with notorious informal commerce where the appropriation of public space by merchants is observed, generating a series of consequences such as pollution lack of sanitation, road disorder and, above all, the degradation of the existing market in Morrope. Therefore, the question arises: What will reduce the informal trade located around the existing supply market of Morrope? This is how the hypothesis of the implementation of a new supply center that will allow ordering the informal trade of Morrope is born. The objective of this research is to develop an architectural project to improve the ordering of informal commerce in Morrope. Through a type of applied research, with a mixed approach and a proactive descriptive level, observation is used to identify the outpatient commerce space and the state of degradation of the existing market, in addition, the plans of the city and of the existing market, and finally photographic records were obtained. Achieving as a result the knowledge of the current situation of the place, developing strategies that help the urban planning of Morrope. The new supply center will help merchants, whether informal or formal, to have a safe and stable place.
