The present investigation entitled "Treatment and use of organic solid waste for the production of compost in J&M Agroviveros, district of San Juan Bautista, Ica, 2022", started from the following problem: How to treat and take advantage of organic solid waste for the production of compost? compost in J&M Agroviveros? had as general objective, Design a proposal for the treatment and use of organic solid waste for the production of compost in J&M Agroviveros 2022 The population will be made up of samples of organic solid waste from J&M Agroviveros. The method used in the research was the longitudinal-descriptive type, with an experimental research design at a descriptive level, which collected the information in a specific period that was developed by applying the instruments: Questionnaire, which consisted of questions to take advantage of waste. Considering that organic solid waste can be used to produce organic fertilizers, especially compost, and that in agriculture it represents an alternative method that helps reduce environmental degradation problems caused by the accumulation of organic waste from different productive activities; is that the present work proposes the elaboration of compost with organic solid residues in J&M Agroviveros. With the use of them, the pressure on the environment as a support for anthropic activities will be greatly reduced; Nutrients will be reincorporated into soil fertilization cycles and the use of agrochemicals will be limited.
