The research aimed to determine the influence of sustainable construction on urban regeneration in the district of San Juan Bautista – Ica, 2022. Conducted an applied, nonexperimental study of correlational level with a sample of 148 inhabitants of the district, who were applied a questionnaire for each of the variables and distributed in their dimensions which were filled with the Lickert scale and through a scale transformed to levels of deficient, moderate and efficient; to measure the influence, the normality test was previously found, which allowed the Spearman's Rho statistic to measure the strength of association and the linear regression to measure the percentage of influence. The results showed that the inhabitants agree that the consumption of electricity generates more environmental impact (34.46%), for them the reuse of gray water is not usual (26.35%), the majority wants Peruvian legislation to be applied for the benefit of the Peruvian environment (29.73%), the separation of waste is also healthy (33.11%), the construction sector contributes the largest amount of RS (37.84%). According to the characteristics of the population, the majority are between 41 and 50 years old (30.41%), independent occupation (34.46%), who prefer to socialize on the street, the most frequent time is in the afternoon and evening (27.03%). They qualify as good the state of the building (35.14%) and there are almost always more than two water supply points (35.14%) and agree that natural gas installations are made (43.24%). It is evident that the ditches are always treated in the place (34.46%), however, there are many advertising posters that cause environmental pollution (44.59%), while noise pollution happens due to intense activity (47.97%). Then it was found that in the face of a moderate sustainable construction, a moderate urban regeneration corresponds (92.6%). There is a significant relationship between both variables (Rho=0.697). Conclusion: It was determined that sustainable construction significantly influences 48.1% in the urban regeneration of the district of San Juan Bautista – Ica, 2022.
