The main objective of this scientific article is to evaluate the benefits that the regulation of the indeterminate corporate purpose in the law 21621 would bring. In this sense, in order to determine if this regulation and these benefits are possible, the following specific objectives were established: To analyze the feasibility of regulating the treatment of the indeterminate corporate purpose in the law 21621, under the criteria established by the Draft of the General Law of Corporations; To identify the benefits that the regulation of the indeterminate corporate purpose in the law of the individual limited liability company would bring. In addition to this, for the development of the described objectives, the analytical-descriptive methodology was used under a qualitative approach of documentary type. In this context, the following results were obtained: The regulation of the undefined corporate purpose is feasible in the E.I.R.L. since it is of an individual nature. Likewise, its regulation will contribute to benefit the E.I.R.L. in a changing market, since any commercial activity they develop will be included within a formal radius.
