The research carried out is of an experimental nature, where it was sought to verify that a concrete with coarse aggregates of 3/4 "and 3/8", with a percentage of vacuums of 10%, 12% and 15% have the infiltration capacity. To reach the optimal dosage 36 doses were made: 9 with 3/4 "thick aggregate and sand, 9 with 3/4" coarse aggregate and without sand, 9 with 3/8 "coarse aggregate and with sand, 9 with 3/8 "thick aggregate and without sand, all with different percentages of voids. The two optimum samples are: Dosage with sand, with coarse aggregate of 3/8 ", a percentage of voids of 15%, a water cement ratio of 0.35, a compressive strength of 219.39 kg / cm2 and a permeability coefficient of 0.00011 m/s. Dosing without sand with coarse aggregate of 3/4 ", a vacuum percentage of 15%, a water cement ratio of 0.46, a compressive strength of 188.61 kg / cm2 and a permeability coefficient of 0.00013 m / s. In addition, a survey was conducted to the students, to verify that it is necessary to improve the parking lot of the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the UNSM. At the same time, a soil study and the characterization of the aggregates to be used in the design of the permeable pavement were carried out. From the study of traffic and design of pavements the thickness of permeable pavement was obtained, which according to the calculation due to traffic in the parking lot should be 100 mm, which will not be considered, because the minimum thickness according to the Road Manual "Soils, Geology, Geotechnics and Pavements" is 200mm.
