To ensure the sustainability of palm heart (Bactris gasipaes, HBK), it involves establishing plantations that allow its continuity over time. Within this conception is required in the first instance the adequate production of plants in seeded or seedling bed. The objective of the research work was to determine the effect of the application of four organic substrates, in pijuayo seedlings, under nursery conditions, in the Caynarachi District - Lamas Province. The investigation was carried out in the town center of Alianza located on the margin of the km 84 Fernando Belaunde Terry - Tarapoto – Yurimaguas road, belonging to the province of Lamas, San Martín Region. The completely randomized block design (DBCA) was used, with 5 treatments counting the control and 3 repetitions and 15 experimental units. The duration time was 135 days. The obtained results indicate that, the treatment T4 (Cuyaza (2/4) + Agricultural land (2/4)) obtained an optimal response for the variables diameter of the stem with 1 cm, height of the plant with 23.35 cm, number of leaves per plant standing out with 4.87. Regarding the variable length of the root and percent of yield, T1 (Vacaza (2/4) + Agricultural Land (2/4) with 32.08 cm and 100% in the percentage of capture responded better. Regarding the cost benefit ratio was 2.60 nuevos soles respectively.
