The Study Epidemiological, Clinical and Radiological Aspects of Tibia and Fibula Fractures in Patients Over 18 Years in the II-2 Tarapoto Hospital. January 2014 - December 2018, aimed to determine epidemiological, clinical and radiological aspects of fractures of the tibia and fibula in patients over 18 years of age at the II-2 Tarapoto Hospital. Period January 2014 - December 2018, the type of research used was non-experimental, descriptive quantitative cross-sectional, population and sample that was used was 101 patients. The technique selected for this investigation was the survey and the questionnaire was used as an instrument. It was obtained as Results, that the age range of 21 to 24 years 52% (53), and over 25 years 32% (32), with respect to sex are 84% male (85), are living together in 84% (85), refer secondary studies in 42% (43), come from urban areas in 82% (83), and report being students in 45% (46), It is found that traffic accidents are the main cause was 49% (49), and the injury side was the right side 54% (55), the location of the fracture was in the middle third in 45% (45), the time between trauma and The arrival at the hospital was less than 24 hours in 45% (45), and the time of hospital stay was 1 to 3 days in 46% (46). It is evident that the definitive treatment was the surgical treatment with a 72 % (73), and regarding surgical treatment the application of the endomedular nail was 51% (52).
