Currently, the fast growth of the population in most cities of the country has resulted in an increase in the demand for greater and better public services, among which storm water surpluses, known as urban storm water drainage, are particularly important. . The thesis project called: HYDRAULIC AND STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THE URBAN PLUVIAL DRAINAGE OF THE CENTRO POPULADO MENOR NUEVO SAN JUAN - DISTRICT OF EL PORVENIR - PROVINCE AND REGION OF SAN MARTIN, seeks to give an integral solution to the serious problems of, progressive deterioration of the gradients of the public roads, platforms of the works of existing arts, which are produced in Centro Poblado; when ordinary and extraordinary rain falls. In this thesis work, topographic surveys have been carried out in the current urban area (28.58 Ha.), Information that allowed us to obtain the plans of the project. The topographic plans (manzaneo and curves at level) allow us to define a total area to drain of 28.58 Ha. Which has divided into 37 collector areas, within which 140 tributary areas have been determined, see PAC map Collecting areas. The design flow was determined using the Rational and Mac Math methods, based on the runoff coefficient, collector areas, slope of the terrain, the design intensity corresponding to a return time Tr = 25 years. With the flow of design, slope and roughness, we calculate the geometry of the sections of each section of collector, the same ones that make their final delivery in projected structures at the end of the 09 Projected delivery works and located in the channel of Gengidrillo , Rumy callarina and Arenilla streams, see map PPH.
