The following research project includes all the basic proposals and guidelines for the evaluation, control, reduction and recovery of the lost volumes of Drinking Water in the Distribution Network of EPS EMAPA SAN MARTIN S.A. in its area of administration. The research was carried out as a contribution to achieve the efficiency of the EPS and also to reduce the waste of elemental liquid in this area of the country, achieving equal access to drinking water services for the entire population. For the development of the investigation, a collection of information was carried out, as well as field studies to estimate the current state of the systems that comprise the Supply System studied, for the evaluation and determination of the problems that lead to large wastewater drinking that this EPS registers in his studies. This research is added to the actions from the Peruvian State to promote actions in order to achieve the efficiency of the sanitation service companies at a national level, and in a globalized context in which preserving natural resources is more than indispensable.
