The research work entitled “Determination of the Range of Electrical Conductivity for Acclimatization of Pineapple Seedlings (Ananas comosus L. Merr). cv Golden MD-2 Obtained Through In-vitro Culture” was carried out in the nursery of the Experimental Station of the National Institute of Agrarian Innovation (INIA) in Juan Guerra, from the months of November 2018 to April 2019. The effect of electric conductivity in acclimatization of pineapple seedlings (Ananas comosus L. Merr cv Golden MD-2) obtained by in-vitro culture, was investigated by applying various protocols. Those used in the experiment include: the protocols of cleaning and disinfection of the seedlings, cleaning of trays, disinfection and sterilization of substrate, methods of transferring in-vitro material from the laboratory to the nursery, selection and washing of substrates, selection of plant material, cutting and washing of plant material, immersion, conditioning and establishment of nutrient solution preparation, calibration of equipment (conductivity meter and pH meter), and acclimatization. The following indicators were evaluated: seedling height, number of leaves and percentage of survival. Satisfactory results were obtained in height of plants and number of leaves using the T2 (Nutritive Solutions A + B + micronutrients with 1.0 dS /m). The average height of plants was 9.34 cm and the average number of leaves was 15.6. One hundred percent (100%) of the seedlings survived the entire process of the project.
