The present research is entitled: Neuropsychiatric sequelae in patients recovered from SARS CoV-2 pneumonia treated at Hospital II-2 Tarapoto. Period May - December 2020. The purpose of this study is to identify the different sequelae caused by SARS CoV-2 infection in recovered patients in the 2 dimensions addressed: neurological disorders and psychiatric disorders, using a descriptive cross-sectional design. The following conclusions were reached: among the predominant epidemiological characteristics are the male sex with 55%, ages between 18 and 96 years, with an average of 50.77 years for males and 19 - 96 years with an average of 45.69 years for females. In terms of work performance or profession, 27.5% are homemakers, followed by traders by 16.3% and farmer by 8.8%. Among the epidemiological characteristics of patients recovered from SARS pneumonia CoV-2, attended at the Hospital II - 2 - Tarapoto, 2020, are: history of type II diabetes mellitus with 27.5%, arterial hypertension and anxiety with 12.5%, respectively. It is concluded that the neurological disorders that remained as sequelae in patients recovered from SARS CoV-2 pneumonia are: headache with 98%, vegetative (cervical pain) and vagal disorders (paresthesia and back pain) with 96% respectively, and dysgeusia with 43%. The level of affectation of neuropsychiatric sequelae is mostly in the "Moderate" level (58.8%) with a tendency to "High" (21.3%). Depression (56.3%), anxiety (68.8%) and post-traumatic stress syndrome (60%) are at the "Moderate" level.
