At the Province of San Martín and especially in the District of Tarapoto jurisdiction, the avoid of solid waste has long been a major problem for our society; In urban waste are increased by the increasing use of information technologies in all aspects of human endeavor, this class of waste is classified within the gray line. The following research focuses on gray line electronic waste, the waste management processes and the volume generated during a given time. In this paper, a dynamic model is developed with the objective of having a tool adapted to the reality of the city of Tarapoto, with which to simulate and evaluate, according to scenarios (positive, intermediate, negative), the volume of waste produced in the gray line. The model is centrally deterministic. It enables the simulation of the phases of collection, transport and final disposal as integrated processes within the same gray line electronic waste management system. It was demonstrated that the hypothesis presented in this investigation of the simulation of the model, with a time horizon of 2016 - 2050, described in chapter III. From the results obtained allows us to predict the volumes of electronic waste generated by 2050, data that will serve the MPSM to plan actions for the care of the environment and human health. The results of the application of the model show the importance of some key variables, which act for system dynamiting, such as the percentage of recycling and not recycling according to the type of electronic waste of the gray line. As a result of the simulation were obtained from the projection to the year 2050 of possible volumes of electronic waste that would be produced and that would be taken to its final disposal "municipal dump" of the province of San Martin. Concluding that with the use of the models it was possible to obtain projected data that will serve to the planning of the process of management of the electronic waste of the gray line. The model allows the simultaneous consideration of many variables that affect the production systems of the electronic waste of the four types studied, and can be used as support for research, as well as for the evaluation of policies for better planning in terms of Disposal of waste.
