The research was realised on of four poultry manure on the establishment of forage species, that have or are undergoing agricultural changes. In view of the increase of animals, the daily collection of milk, meat and others that are consumed daily, new animals are introduced, especially ruminants such as the Brahaman breed. This led to the investigation about how breeding can be improved by feeding them with forage species such as Mar Alfalfa and purple King Grass, species they use to consume abundantly. The research was carried out in the district of Zapatero, province of Lamas - San Martin, an area well known for the breeding of these animals and the production of dairy products. To perform the aforementioned research, a DBCA was used, with four applications, where the following variables were evaluated: number of plants per m2, plant height, green matter production, dry matter production, and establishment costs. A Duncan's statistical test was applied. Good results were obtained, which leads to further research to achieve many advantages in the planting of these forage species in the San Martin region. It is concluded that there are interactions between the factors studied with organic matter such as poultry manure, since at the end of the months it resulted with very good height in the four treatments. The Mar Alfalfa species showed higher yields using poultry manure, not achieving the same with King Grass. The economic analysis did not necessarily use poultry manure.
