Software for the management of teaching research project competitions at the National University of San Martín The general objective of the research was to determine the impact of the implementation of the software on the management of teaching research project competitions at the National University of San Martín. The methodology was applied, explanatory level, experimental - longitudinal; the population and sample consisted of 30 university professors, the technique used was observation and the instrument was the observation form. The results showed that before the introduction of the software at the university, it was identified that the proposal submission processes took a long time; the main deficiencies were centered on missing documents and erroneous data, causing dissatisfaction among teachers. After the implementation of the software, it streamlined all processes, reduced errors and ensured data protection. Conclusion: The implementation of the software had a significant and positive impact on the management of UNSM's teaching research project competitions due to the fact that the time taken in the management process was significantly reduced by 53.97%, speeding up the administration of competitions and improving efficiency in general.
