The study had as objective "To evaluate the situational analysis of the family planning program in the Morales Health Center, Province and Region San Martín, year 2016", a quantitative, descriptive, participatory, observational, transversal study, the population was 14 providers and 120 Users, the sample was 24 users and 04 providers. The technique was the interview and observation. The Family Planning program, according to level and category, mostly meets the requirements of services that must be offered, but does not guarantee the hearing privacy; IUD, cytology and Norplant is offered partially; Oral contraceptives, emergency contraception, diaphragm and spermicide are not available; Little educational information, should ask about violence, information on natural methods, injectables, reinforce beliefs, provide information on progestin-only oral methods, IUD, spermicide, female and male operation, weight gain, blood pressure And consider grade III varices. In ACO inform of chloasma, mastodynia, emotional disorders, weight gain, varicose veins and in condoms explain how to put and use correctly, In conclusion: the Family Planning program has problems due to: deficient supplies, does not report on all contraceptive methods and on pregnancy; Biosecurity measures are not met; Staff does not strengthen competencies and do not certify.
