The present work of thesis to choose the professional title of civil engineer has been developed in the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the National University of San Martin, with the purpose of making a technical-scientific contribution to help determine the Design of Pavement at Affirmed Level. The present work of Thesis called: "Pavement Design At Affirmed Level Of The Neighborhood Road Sm-533 Emp.Pe5n (Tonchima Bridge) - Emp-Sm-504 (Sector Shica) L = 9 + 530 Km, In The Districts Of Havana Y Calzada, Province of Moyobamba, San Martín Region, consists in the definitive study of a rural communication road at the affirmed level of 9 + 530 Km in length and that will link two villages, of the Province of Moyobamba. Our work consisted in the collection of information, reconnaissance of the land, topographic survey, soil study and geometric design of the same, from where it has been established that due to its low volume of traffic and speed guideline of 30Km / h this road belongs to a third class road, whose slopes along its entire route range between 4% and 10% complying with the specifications of DG 2014. In addition, the road will have a width of 4.00m of platform for two lanes and a pump of 2%, in its construction earthworks will be made and the corresponding leveling to then add a layer of granular material of affirmed with a thickness of 20cm. The rolling platform will be protected by ditches that will end in the sewers and other works of art, which have been detailed in the hydraulic design of the project. The project has few negative environmental implications, but of great importance for the community and its surroundings as it will improve the quality of life of the population of the districts of Havana and Calzada.
