The present work was carried out with the objective of determining "Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency Treated with Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis in Hospital II EsSalud. - Morales. July - November 2016 ". The population and sample consisted of 22 patients; the study was descriptive. For data collection, the interview method was used, applying the Health Questionnaire (SF-36 v 2.0) from the United States and also used in National and Regional research works. For the analysis of data the average percentage statistic was used. The results showed that: the most relevant stage of the population was the average age of 41-60 years, with an average of 68.2%. the most predominant gender in the patients could be observed that of the 22 patients; 59.1% (13 pac.) is female, 40.9% (9 pac.) is male. With respect to the dimensions of quality of life: in the physical function dimension it presented a general average of 33.33%, which is qualified as a poor quality of life to develop different moderate activities. In the physical role dimension, an average of 50% was obtained, which is qualified as a regular quality of life. In the body pain dimension 36.67% obtained a regular quality of life with reference to pain to perform some type of work. In the general health dimension I present a, 20% what qualifies as a poor quality of life, assessing their health status according to their current situation and future perspectives. In the vitality dimension, the average of 16.67% was determined what qualifies as a poor quality of life during the last 4 weeks felt vitality, exhaustion and fatigue. In the dimension social function was determined 40%, which qualifies as a regular quality of life, their health hindered their social activities. In the emotional role dimension it was determined that it presents an average of 50%, which qualifies as a regular quality of life. In the mental health dimension, 16.67% was obtained, which qualifies as a poor quality of life. When determining the quality of life of patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency, 65.84% had a regular quality of life.
