The objective of this research study was to determine the influence of risk factors related to the asthmatic crisis in patients of the Medicine Service of EsSalud II Hospital - Tarapoto, February - June 2018. ", non-experimental, quantitative, correlative descriptive research. The sample consisted of 63 patients from the medical service, and a survey was used as a tool, which allowed the collection of data. Results: Patients with asthmatic crisis presented as sociocultural risk factors, age over 50 years 57.1%, male sex 54.0%, higher education degree 73.0%, marital status married (a) 46.0%, catholic religion 90.5%, urban origin 84.1%, occupation others 28.6% and socio-economic level between 903.00 - 1,000.00 soles 57.1%. In the Genetic dimension, 76.2% have a family history. In the environmental dimension, 69.8% have IRA; 61.4% present the presence of allergens in the home environment; In addition, 60.3% have smoking habits or are in contact with cigarette smoke and household cleaning 55.6%. According to types of asthma attacks, 31.7% are in the moderate and persistent class, respectively, 20.6% in severe and 15.9% in intermittent. In conclusion, the risk factor older than 50 years and the habit of smoking significantly influences the presence of some kind of 95% asthmatic crisis (p = 0.015), that is, they are dependent (p <0.05).
