This thesis project, Environmental Assessment of the Compensation Model for Eco-Systemic Services in the Rumiyacu Zone of High Environmental Value, Mishquiyacu, Almendra and Sulfur Baths in the Province of Moyobamba, San Martin Region, Peru, is summarized in three concrete and crucial processes and are presented as the following objectives: a). Analysis and description of the methodological process, b). Study, identification and quantification of negative impacts of the areas of impact of the monitoring system, c). Evaluation and feedback of the Compensation Model for Eco-Systemic Services. This research is of vital importance, in an effort to find an alternative to mitigate the degradation of the main sources of drinking water supplies of Moyobamba City. In this sense the project called Environmental Assessment of the Compensation Model for Eco-Systemic Services in the micro basins of Rumiyacu, Mishquiyacu, Almendra and Sulfur Baths, will help us discover better scenarios where we can insert the processes, mechanisms and models of Compensation Model for Ecosystemic Services in the different micro basins that exist around the province of Moyobamba and San Martin Region. The applied methodology was developed through in situ diagnosis of the study area, based on three fundamental phases according to the objectives to be met: Pre Field Stage, Field Stage and Cabinet Stage. With the respective advice from the project advisor, where all the details are shown in numeral 3.2 of this report of the research project. the most relevant results focus on three processes previously mentioned above. As shown below: It was possible to analyze, describe the methodological process compensation model for ecosystem services in the area of High Environmental Value Rumiyacu, Almendra, Mishquiyacu Baths by working consistently and the actions planned. The study was achieved, the identification and quantification of the impacts of areas of Monitoring System Model Compensation for Ecosystem Services in the Area of High Environmental Value Rumiyacu, Mishquiyacu, Almendra and Sulfur Baths, establishing our own methodologies according to the Area actually study and taking into account the micro- basins factors. The evaluation and feedback Compensation Model for Ecosystem Services was achieved, taking into account the capacity of Use, attitudes and potential of the Area High Environmental Value Rumiyacu, Mishquiyacu, Almendra and Sulfur Baths. The general recommendation is mainly aimed at the Regional Environmental Authority (ARA), suggesting integrate all landholders in Area Management Plan Area High Environmental Value, so that farmers using crop areas can not only live sustained in the resources that the forest provides (wild plants, wild animals, soil, water) but are part of the conservation of goods and services that the forest provides us applying the activities outlined in the Plan. The research project entitled Environmental Assessment of the Compensation Model for Eco-systemic Services in the Rumiyacu Zone of High Environmental Value, Mishquiyacu, Almendra and Sulfur Baths in the Province of Moyobamba, San Martin Region, Peru, is the result of research and information from both primary and secondary levels, of the reality of the study area.
