This research work entitled: Design and application of a hydraulic system of reuse of gray water, to reduce the consumption of drinking water in a family home in Jepelacio district - 2017, had as a general objective and a hydraulic system of reuse of gray water, to reduce the consumption of drinking water in a family home in Jepelacio district, for which a series of analyzes has been carried out to determine the total efficiency of the system. The quality of the water that entered the system had a pH with 7.54 units, varying slightly until the fourth week at 7.05; Likewise, the large amount of dissolved solids 721 mg / L can be observed to decrease up to 412 mg / L, 500 units of cobalt platinum (UPC) up to 200 UPC, talking into account an initial concentration of 0.17 mg / L with respect to nitrates and decreased to 0.05 mg / L, BOD5 and COD remain at 90 mg / L and 112 mg / L respectively, reaching up to 30 mg / L and 42 mg / L, whith demonstrates their efficiency. What has arrived has reached the conclusion that with the use of a treatment system with recirculation is reduced to more than 288 liters per day in the use of water.
