The present work of Thesis to choose the Professional Title of Civil Engineer, has been developed with the purpose of making a technical-scientific contribution to help determine the design of a pavement at the level of a neighborhood road. The research is of applied type and has been carried out by the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the National University of San Martín, developing the project in the province of Dorado, in the San Martín Region. This work has been developed applying in the field the existing theories and norms of topography, soil mechanics, traffic study, pavement design and other related, and that have allowed to have the Affirmed Pavement Design of the Agua Blanca - Shapano Neighborhood Road , District of Agua Blanca, Province of Dorado, Region of San Martin in a length of 9.80 Km. This implies giving a technical solution to the problem, carrying out all those necessary activities of which we can mention: preliminary visits, topographic survey, topographic calculation, geometric design, road, earthworks and volumes, transversal and longitudinal drainages, design of pavement at the level of affirmed, formulation of your budget, programming of the Work and preparation of plans The results show clearly that it is possible to achieve, from the correct application of the theories, studies and corresponding designs, the thickness of the pavement at the level of the neighborhood road studied. In this way it contributes to the economic and social development of the neighboring villages, as the standard of living of its population increases, contributing to the development of our country.
