The present investigation entitled "The relationship between the evidentiary effectiveness of the compromising publications of the Facebook page and the Crimes against Honor, at the Unipersonal Criminal Courts of Tarapoto, 2018". has as general objective to determine the relationship of the evidentiary effectiveness of the compromising publications of the Facebook page and the Crimes against Honor, at the Unipersonal Criminal Courts of Tarapoto, 2018. It was an applied research with a non-experimental correlational design, the population consisted of 09 files processed and resolved in the Unipersonal Criminal Court of Tarapoto, obtaining as a result, after applying the Pearson statistical test, where the relationship between the evidentiary effectiveness and the crime against honor was evaluated, where the significance value obtained is 0.000, which accepts the research hypothesis that establishes that there is a relationship between the evidentiary effectiveness of compromising publications on the Facebook page and crimes against honor in the Unipersonal Courts of Tarapoto, 2018. Considering that the level of evidentiary effectiveness with respect to the compromising publications made on the Facebook page is high, given that more than 90% of the cases processed in the Unipersonal Courts of Tarapoto reflect this, violating the fundamental rights of individuals.
