Maternal prenatal characteristics and COVID 19 anxiety in pregnant women at Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, March 2020 - March 2021 The present research work aims to determine the relationship between maternal prenatal characteristics and the level of anxiety by COVID 19 in pregnant women at the Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, March 2020 - March 2021. This was a quantitative, descriptive, correlational and basic study. The sample consisted of 50 pregnant women with Covid-19, and a questionnaire was used as an instrument. By means of the 50 surveys applied, it is concluded that 32% (16) are more prevalent in adolescent pregnant women, 56% (28) of the pregnant women have secondary education; 76% (38) of the pregnant women are cohabiting; 54% (27) live in a rural area, 54% (27) are multigestational, 48% (24) state that they have had full-term deliveries and live children, 20% (10) of them do not have adequate IGP and, when commenting on how the pregnancies ended, 12% (6) have been classified as abortions. In the baseline data, in the sub-dimension of tetanus vaccination, 50% (25) did not have any dose of tetanus vaccine, in the sub-dimension of group and Rh factor, 84% (42) pregnant women belonged to blood group O and all had positive Rh factor, 4% (2) were hospitalized during pregnancy and none of the pregnant women had an emergency admission. According to the violence sub-dimension, 74% (37) who had their violence screening form completed, 6% (3) had suffered some type of violence and finally, in the laboratory tests sub-dimension, 90% (45) have adequate hemoglobin, 98% (49) have adequate blood glucose. In the social dimension in pregnant women, moderate level anxiety prevails with 82% (41); in psychic anxiety, moderate level anxiety prevails with 86% (43), in agoraphobia a higher incidence is found in the moderate level with 54% (27) and in anxiety with physical symptoms there is a higher incidence in the mild level in 66% (33) of the cases. The moderate level of anxiety prevailed in 3 of the 4 dimension levels studied; taking into account Pearson's Chi-square association, the sub-dimensions with the highest relationship between prenatal maternal characteristics and anxiety about covid-19 in pregnant women were abortions with a value of P(0.015) and family history P(0.003).
