The research entitled "Soft skills and stress due to job dissatisfaction of employees of the company Industrias Peruanas Santa Lucia, San Martin, 2019." had as general objective to determine the correlation between soft skills and stress due to job dissatisfaction of employees of the company Industrias Peruanas Santa Lucia, San Martin, 2019. The type of study was applied; the research design was non-experimental: the research also had a study sample of 32 employees of the company, which were used as data collection surveys for both variables, which were applied to what the sample stipulates. The following conclusion was reached regarding the general objective: after the application of Pearson's test, the relationship between both variables was evidenced, since the "p" value (Significance value = 0.00) obtained is less than 0.05. Likewise, since the "r" value is 0.724, it indicates a significant correlation, so the research hypothesis is accepted: "There is a significant correlation between soft skills and stress due to job dissatisfaction of the employees of the company Industrias Peruanas Santa Lucía, San Martín, 2019". According to the results of the soft skills variable, it can be observed that 59% of the respondents indicated that their soft skills are at an inadequate level, 22% stated that they are at a very inadequate level, 16% mentioned that they are at a level that is neither adequate nor inadequate, and 3% indicated that they are at an adequate level. In turn, the results obtained for the variable stress due to job dissatisfaction, 47% of the respondents indicated that the stress due to job dissatisfaction was at a low level, 38% stated that it was at a regular level, 9% mentioned that it was at a high level, and 6% indicated that it was at a very low level.
