The following study aimed to "Determine the personal, sexual and reproductive factors associated with precancerous lesions of the cervix in patients of the family planning clinic of the Morales Health Center, July - December 2018", the following was a retrospective, not experimental, quantitative, descriptive, and correlational the research was retrospective, not experimental, quantitative, descriptive, correlational, the population and sample was 46 patients., and the population and sample was 46 patients. The technique used was the documentary review and as an instrument the data collection card. The results were among the personal factors, the patients with precancerous lesions of the cervix presented ages between 31 to 40 years (47.8%), incomplete secondary education degree (41.3%), civil cohabitation (63.0%) ), family income (60.9%), menarche between 12 - 14 years (91.3%), smokes (28.3%), immunosuppression and with a history of cervical cancer (34.8%). The sexual factors were, 71.7% had sexual intercourse <15 years, have between 2 to 3 children with 60.9%, have a history of sexually transmitted infection 95.7%, have characteristics of companion risk sexual 56.5%. The predominant reproductive factors were from 3 to 5 gestations 52.2%, it is greater 1-2 births 54.3%, vaginal deliveries 52.2%, and abortions 50%, had their first birth between 15 - 19 years 69.6% used 89.1% contraceptive methods, 60.9% used oral contraception and 68.3% had contraceptive time between 1 and 3 years. The most frequent type of precancerous lesions was moderate dysplasia or CIN II (58.7%), followed by mild dysplasia or CIN I (41.3%). The factor associated with precancerous cervical lesions in the patients treated in the family planning clinic of the Morales Health Center, July - December 2018, is the reproductive factor: number of pregnancies (X2 = 17.309, p = 0.008), parity ((X2 = 24.004, p = 0.001) and use of contraceptive methods (X2 = 8.276, p = 0.013) There is a statistically significant association between the reproductive factor and precancerous lesions, p = <0.05.
