Served In The Cesar Garayar García Hospital Iquitos, in The Department of Loreto, April-July 2013” FOR PROFESSIONAL TITLE OBSTETRA. Descriptive project simple, quantitative, prospective, cross. The population consists of 740 LOPET pregnant attending pre - natal attention. The sample of 296 pregnant women is the same. Data collection instrument is the survey. RESULTS: Regular preventive level is a greater percentage of 82.1% (243), Low 15.2% (45) and to a lesser extent the Alto preventive level of 2.7% (8). Malaria incidence is 4.59% in the period from April to July. the 75.3% of pregnant women are living with partner, 18.3% were single and 6.4% married. The 69.3% of pregnant women are of the Catholic, Evangelical 19.3% and 11.5% are Adventists. The 57.8% (171) of pregnant women are housewife, 38.5% (114) are students and 3.7% (11) are public employees. Degree of instruction in primary of pregnant women is 23.3% (69), secondary 73% (216) and higher university is 3.7% (11) The most common preventive measure for pregnant women is the use of bednets 60.47% (179) use of metal mesh on doors and windows 39.53% (117) KEY WORDS: preventive level, Pregnant, Malaria, Preventive measure.
