The World educational system and Peruvian also are interested in reading comprehension, this is how international assessments and nations are developed on this competence. The deficit in their learning causes concern to teachers and managers of educational institutions and authorities in the education sector. In this line of thought Salas (2012) states that "one of the problems that worries most teachers at any school level is reading comprehension of students." In the words of Solé (1996), helping a child to read is a difficult road full of obstacles. According to Hernández (2010), in Chile, phonological and reading skills are lagging behind computer and games. According to Precht (2010), "the level of reading in Chile, says the PISA test, is deficient. In the words of Laguillo (2011), "the PISA report assures that reading comprehension of Spanish students in PISA 2009 remains below the OECD average." For Espinoza, Samaniego and Soto (2012), the results of the PISA test show that the highest percentage of students in Peru do not understand what they read, ranking 26th out of 29 countries. In the educational institution No. 00170 reading comprehension has been decreasing in the ECE 2013 to 2104.
