This research study allowed us to design a theoretical management model called "Innovative management model to improve the production and commercialization of orchids in the San Martín Region". For which, the current situation of the management of the production and commercialization of Orchids of 17 nurseries with authorization to produce and market orchids in the San Martín Region was evaluated, during the year 2018, with the technique of the survey validated with the method reliability statistics Alfa de Cronbach and the results qualified 71% to regulate the management of the nurseries and 65% to regulate the production and commercialization of orchids in the San Martín Region. To propose the theoretical model of innovative management, the relevant information obtained from the nurseries and the theoretical basis of the quality cycle, the marketing mix approach and the information and communication technology, as an incremental innovation tool were used; putting emphasis on the feedback and continuous improvement of the activities to produce and market orchids. Finally, for the partial validation of the design of the theoretical model, the Delphi method was applied and the information provided to 80% of consensus by five anonymous experts, qualifying as quite and very relevant.
