The following study was conducted with the objective of assessing the psychosocial risk at work and determines its influence on the work performance of the health care personnel of Morales Health Center, during the months of July to December 2018. The following is a quantitative study, with prospective collection of cases, cross-sectional, which used a descriptive correlational design, whose population was 72 health personnel. For the measurement of the Psychosocial Risk variable, the ISTAS 21 Questionnaire of the Trade Union Institute of Environment, Work and Health of Spain and the Graphical Scale Method for Work Performance were used. Where the following results were obtained: In the labor characteristics it was determined that 74% is female, with 34% the age of greatest predominance is between 46 and 55 years. 47% work more than 10 years in the establishment, and 72% have a full-time contract. 57% are Technicians in Nursing, 42% are divided among Doctors, Nurses and Obstetricians; of them 22% work in Emergencies and 29% worked in two different areas at the same time due to lack of personnel. Said care personnel are at a Psychosocial Exposure Level more favorable to their health in the dimensions Active Work and Development Possibilities (64%), followed by the Social Support and Quality of Leadership dimension (47%). In the levels of Psychosocial Exposure most unfavorable to health were the dimensions of Esteem (68%), Double presence (60%), Psychological Requirements (50%) and the Insecurity dimension (49%). The Labor Performance was only optimal in a 10% in the Creativity dimension and only 27% shows a good work performance in the Cooperation dimension. However, it should be noted that in the Quality dimension, 88% have a regular work performance and it is striking that 21% of performance is barely acceptable in the field Knowledge about work. Likewise, according to Spearman's Rho Correlation Coefficient, psychosocial risk at work has a highly significant influence on the Situation Comprehension dimension (p = -0.341), followed by the Cooperation dimension (p = -0.267) of work performance. Conclusion: The psychosocial risk at work presents a highly significant direct correlation in the work performance of the healthcare staff of the Morales Health Center (p = 0.984).
