The research entitled "Audiovisual marketing and positioning in companies engaged in the production of cocoa products, chocolates, confectionery, Tarapoto district 2019." had as general objective is to determine the relationship of audiovisual marketing with the positioning in companies engaged in the production of cocoa products, chocolate, in the district of Tarapoto, 2019. It was an applied study; the research design is non-experimental: likewise, the research had a study sample of 120 customers, which were used as data collection surveys for both variables, which were applied to what the sample stipulates. The following conclusion was reached: after the application of Pearson's test, the relationship between both variables was evidenced, since the "p" value (Significance value = 0.00) obtained is less than 0.05. Likewise, since the "r" value is 0.724, it indicates a high positive correlation, so the research hypothesis is accepted: "Audiovisual marketing is positively related to positioning in companies engaged in the processing of cocoa, chocolate, in the district of Tarapoto, 2019". According to the results of the audiovisual marketing variable, it can be observed that 57% of the respondents indicated that they are in a bad level, 32% stated that they are in a regular level, 7% mentioned that they are in a very bad level, and 5% indicated that they are in a good level. On the other hand, the results obtained for the positioning variable were: 41% of the respondents indicated that they are at a regular level, 39% stated that they are at a low level, 16% mentioned that they are at a high level, and 4% indicated that they are at a very low level. Furthermore, the results of the management skills variable indicated that 53% of the respondents indicated that their management skills were at a poor level, while the results obtained for the organizational development variable, 50% of the respondents indicated that their organizational development variable was at a regular level.
