Factors associated with postoperative complications of cholecystectomy at the Hospital MINSA II - 1 Moyobamba, January 2021 to June 2022. Gallbladder stone disease is one of the most common pathologies of the digestive tract, affecting a large population worldwide, and cholecystectomy is one of the most frequently performed procedures in hospitals. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with postoperative complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Hospital II - 1 Moyobamba, January 2021 to June 2022. It is a basic research, correlational because it measures the degree of relationship between two or more variables, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the sample consisted of patients diagnosed with biliary pathology after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The results were that moderate postoperative pain is the most frequent immediate complication and represents the majority (63.6%), followed by nausea and/or vomiting (19.7%), jaundice (6.1%); eventration (4. 5%) and finally residual choledocholithiasis and SSI (3%). The factor that was related to the patient was gender with predominance of nausea and/or vomiting in women, its chi-square 0.022 and Cramer's v 0.281; jaundice in men with a chi-square of 0.010 and Cramer's v 0.317. The factors related to surgery were the condition of the gallbladder in predominantly suppurated by SSI with a chi-square of 0.001 and a Cramer's v 0.559 and the type of operative wound predominantly clean contaminated by SSI with a chi-square of 0.001 and its Cramer's v 0.568. Conclusion: postoperative cholecystectomy complications depend to a minor degree on patient-related factors and to a major degree on surgery-related factors.
