The main purpose of this research was to determine the impact of tax planning on the liquidity of the company Megaestructuras & Construcciones International Perú S.A.C., year 2020. The study was applied, explanatory level and non-experimental cross-sectional design, the sample consisted of the manager, the administrator, 02 accounting assistants and the company's documentary collection. Therefore, an interview guide, a checklist and a documentary analysis guide were used. The results revealed that the tax planning in the entity is inadequate because 63% of the operations are not executed by those in charge of the accounting area, thus generating certain deficiencies in the processes of knowledge of the analysis of the tax regulations. This gave rise to losses equal to S/6,201.00 in the tax reality giving rise to losses amounting to S/8,306.00, in the taxes giving rise to losses amounting to S/5,831.41, in the tax violations generating losses amounting to S/6,670.00 and in the planning of income, expenses and costs giving rise to losses equal to S/ 30,421.40. Conclusion: Tax planning had a significant impact on the liquidity of the company Megaestructuras & Construcciones International Perú S.A.C., since the shortcomings that arose from not complying with the tasks related to tax planning generated losses totaling S/57,429.81, which had a significant impact on the company's liquidity, since despite the fact that the liquidity indexes were optimal, the results were not as expected.
