Redesign of the drinking water system and home connections in the neighborhood of Buenos Aires and Vista Alegre in the district of Nueva Cajamarca - San Martin. The creation of the present project takes into account the feasibility of the service, as well as the demands of the community, with the aim od improving the living conditions of the growing population of the area and associated business and demographic boom. The conceptual framework, strategy, objectives, expected behaviors (family, ATM, SSAB), methods, means, indicators and targets are set out in the Strategy. Through the joint work of the Sanitation Services Administration Boards ( SSAB) and the Municipality through the Municipal Technical Area (ATM), this document corresponds to the Service Management Training Plan that considers the activities, outputs and outcomes to be achieved during the project implementation phases to ensure the long-term viability of water and sanitation services and the greatest possible social impact, measured by improvements in the health and quality of life of local residents. The Plan aims to provide a framework for planning, implementation and evaluation of strategy implementation and results achieved.
