The study was conducted in the Shanusi Valley, district of Yurimaguas, Loreto region, year 2019 and aimed to identify rice morphotypes, with high yields, good agronomic and phytosanitary characteristics and good grain quality compared to two commercial varieties, under the irrigation system; a completely randomized block design was used, with four replicates. The results obtained showed that, in terms of yield per ha, the T4 treatment (MC 35-123-3) obtained the highest yield with 8.0 t ha-1, producing 1.05 t ha-1 more than the control Capirona. Likewise, in terms of pile yield, it indicates that treatment T5 (Capirona) achieved the highest percentage of total piled grain with 72.85%, followed by treatments T2 (MC 25-23-1) and T6 (INIA 509 - La Esperanza) which showed similar results with 71.72% and 70.05%, respectively. Regarding fungal diseases, it was observed that treatments T3 (MC35-21-1) and T5 (Capirona) showed the highest percentages of leaves affected by Pyricularia oryzae with 12.14 and 9.43%, respectively; however, treatments T2 (MC 25-23-1), T4 (MC35-123-3) and T6 (INIA 509 - La Esperanza) showed lower levels of incidence with 0.88%, 1.43% and 0.85%, respectively. Finally, the 04 morphotypes under study, as well as the Capirona variety, showed a low percentage of panicles affected by Burkholderia glumae (<1%); unlike the INIA 509 - La Esperanza variety with 7% of panicles affected.
