The main objective of the study was to determine the impact of the management of the production process on the liquidity of the company Ladrillos Valeria E.I.R.L., Rioja 2019. The study was applied, with a non-experimental design. The sample consisted of the company's manager, head of the production area and financial statements for the periods 2018 - 2019. The instruments used were the interview guide, checklist and documentary analysis guide. The results showed that the activities that are developed in the management of the production process are: Planning activities, process design, production, distribution of products; the deficiencies, causes and effects of the management of the productive process in the company are due to the lack of machinery with specialized technology, lack of manpower, control of the productive process of the bricks and due to lack of maintenance of the kilns, leading to the loss of S/ 17, 025. 70; the level of liquidity of the organization presents low results compared to the previous period, because the general liquidity was 2.55, acid test was 1.54, cash liquidity was 0.23 and working capital was S/127,539.00. Conclusion: The incidence of the management of the productive process in the liquidity of the organization is significant due to the 55% of non-compliance of activities that led to monetary losses, if it had been otherwise, the company would have enjoyed a liquidity of 3 times, acid test of 2 times, cash liquidity of 0.23 and working capital of S/144,564.70.
