The present study on interpersonal relationships and teacher performance in kindergarten educational institutions in the district of Saposoa, aimed to establish the connection between interpersonal relationships and teacher performance in kindergarten educational institutions in the district of Saposoa. A cross-sectional descriptive correlational approach was used, using a questionnaire to assess interpersonal interactions and a validated scale to measure teacher job performance, which was evaluated based on judges' criteria and reliability using Cronbach's alpha. The selected group consisted of 30 teachers. The percentage of interpersonal relations was found in the efficient level with 20%, which indicates that some consider interpersonal relations to be good. Simultaneously, the regular level presents the highest percentage (60%). Regarding job performance, the medium level presents a significant percentage of 53.33%, which indicates that the teachers' job performance is insufficient to meet the educational objectives. The low level is found with 23.33% and the high level has the same percentage. All dimensions of interpersonal relationships were found to be linked to job performance. Inclusion was found to have the highest association with performance, followed by control and affect, all higher than the tabular chi-square value of 9.4877. The chi-square value found was 28.661, which is higher than the tabular value of 9.4877, thus inferring the relationship between interpersonal relationships and teacher job performance.
