The research entitled "Logistics management and its relationship with the satisfaction of the employees of SLRN Courier S.A.C., Tarapoto, 2021", had as general objective, to determine the relationship between logistics management and the satisfaction of the employees of SLRN Courier S.A.C. Tarapoto, 2021. The investigation was of the applied type, with a correlational level, where surveys were conducted with the 14 workers of the company. The main result obtained was the relationship between the variables of the study, thus indicating the acceptance of the hypothesis. The following conclusions were reached: Regarding specific objective 1, a connection between the reception dimension and job satisfaction is evidenced with a correlation coefficient of 0.415. Despite being a low figure, it denotes a significant relationship. On the other hand, when relating the storage dimension with job satisfaction, the coefficient is 0.742, suggesting a moderate interaction between them and confirming the research hypothesis about their significant relationship. Finally, when evaluating the transportation dimension with employee satisfaction, the Pearson coefficient is 0.881, indicating a strong relationship between the two, thus validating the hypothesis proposed in the research.
