The study was conducted at the laboratory of the Regional Seed Committee of San Martin located at an altitude of 332 m.a.s.l. on the side of the road Fernando Belaunde Terry - Tarapoto - Yurimaguas km 1. The present work allowed to understand the behavior of the seeds in response to the application of chemical products. Two types of treatment were used: Peru A: Propineb (1.4 g/kg) + Fipronil (0.421 g/kg) + Rhodamine (0.05g/kg) and Peru B: Mancozeb (1.6 g/kg) + Pirimiphos methyl (0.025 ml/kg) + Rhodamine (0.05g/kg) to rice seeds of the varieties INIA 509 - La Esperanza, INIA 507 - La Conquista, INIA 511 - La Victoria, Feron and Moro, seeds were directly collected from the field. The project execution time lasted 13 months, the seeds were harvested from the experimental fields of the National Institute for Agrarian Innovation (INIA) Tarapoto, then dried at 12° humidity and seeds were treated for subsequent storage. thirteen monthly evaluations were conducted with a duration of 15 days each. A completely randomized design with a 5 X 3 factorial arrangement was used, with 3 replicates. In the analyses carried out, the highest germination averages were reported for the Moro variety with an average of 95.99% normal plants, while the cultivars treated with Peru A products produced 85.62% normal plants. Abnormal plants were found in the INIA 509 variety with an average of 3.39%, and the seeds treated with Peru B products produced 1.97% abnormal plants. The Moro variety obtained the best response and only 10.26% of fresh seeds failed to grow.
