Inventory turnover and its relationship with the sales management of the company Inversiones Tapia, 2019-2020. The study was conducted in the company Inversiones Tapia, which presented some drawbacks in terms of inventory management, resulting in a low level of inventory turnover and, therefore, low indexes in sales management. The general objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between inventory turnover and sales management of the company Inversiones Tapia, 2019-2020. The study was conducted in the Rioja district and analyzed the periods 2019 - 2020. It was an applied study of correlational level and non-experimental design. The study sample consisted of the statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, inventory book and balance sheet corresponding to the period 2019 - 2020. The instrument used was the documentary analysis guide. The results are: Stock turnover was 3 and 2 times, average stock period by 111 and 165 days, stock management by 3 and 1 times. Gross sales ratio was 21% and 20%, net sales ratio by 10% and 11%, sales share by 95% and 91%, sales turnover by 0.3 and 0.5. There is a significant relationship between stock turnover and sales management, because the bilateral significance was 0.002, likewise, the Pearson correlation is 0.793, the average stock period and sales management of the company Inversiones Tapia, are significantly related. The result is because the bilateral significance obtained was 0.025 and the Pearson correlation was 0.642, stock management is significantly related to sales management because the bilateral significance reached was 0.003 and the correlation was significantly positive with a value of 0.780. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between inventory turnover and sales management because the bilateral significance was 0.001 and the Pearson correlation was significantly positive with a value of 0.837. Likewise, inventory turnover has a 70% impact on the sales management of Inversiones Tapia.
