The research work entitled "Dosage of granulated organic fertilizer in the production of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) Great Lakes variety, in the province of Lamas", had the general objective of determining the dosage of granulated organic fertilizers from algae and amino acids that had the greatest effect on the agronomic characteristics and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). This research was carried out in the district of Lamas with a South Latitude of 06º 20' 15", West Longitude 76º 30' 45" and an Altitude of 835 meters above sea level, with treatments T1: 50 Kg/ha of fertilizer, T2: 80 Kg/ha of fertilizer, T3: 110 Kg/ha of fertilizer, T0 without application of fertilizer; using the Statistical Completely Randomized Blocks Design (RBD), with four treatments and four replications, the evaluated indicators were plant height, number of leaves per plant, diameter of the neck of the plant, weight of the plant, yield in production in kg.ha-1 and economic analysis. It was concluded that the best average results were obtained with T3 (110 kg/ha), which yielded 40 118.8 kg ha-1, 160.5 g weight per plant, 1.44 cm diameter of the plant neck, 23.1 leaves per plant and 27.3 cm plant height. All the variables evaluated showed positive linear responses to increasing doses of granular organic fertilizers from algae and amino acids and high correlation coefficients (r) values greater than 99.3%.
