Electronic word-of-mouth associated with customer loyalty in Taytamaky, Tarapoto 2021 Nowadays, consumers use different social platforms where communities are created to communicate and share shopping experiences about products and brands with other consumers. The general purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between electronic word-of-mouth and customer loyalty at Taytamaky, Tarapoto in 2021. This research was conducted at the Taytamaki tourist viewpoint in Tarapoto, which is an adventure park consisting of adventure sports, a restaurant, and sightseeing circuits. Finally, the investigation was carried out during the current year. Methodologically, the study was structured as basic, quantitative, non-experimental correlational research. It involved 384 Taytamaky customers as the sample, and the questionnaire was used as the instrument. The results revealed that the amount of information, credibility, quality of information, attitude towards the seller, trust, intention to repurchase, and perceived usefulness had a relationship rated as significant with loyalty, with a significance level of 0.000. It was concluded that electronic word-of-mouth variables are related to customer loyalty at Taytamaky, represented by a correlation value of 0.746 and a significance level of 0.000.
