Commercial management and its impact on the profitability of the company Negocios Nuevo Mundo EIRL, Rioja 2020. El estudio ha sido realizado en la empresa Negocios Nuevo Mundo EIRL. In commercial planning, the company does not prepare a prior analysis of the situation and the market where it operates, which would allow them to know the preferences of its customers. In the establishment of objectives, these are not clear and prevent the achievement of the same; in the commercial execution, where the organization does not have an updated list of customers, prices are not clearly defined and promotions are not developed on an ongoing basis. Regarding commercial control, the activities carried out are not followed up in a timely manner, the salespeople are not familiar with sales strategies, there is no permanent after-sales service, and a low inventory turnover was observed. The general objective of the research was to determine the impact of commercial management on the profitability of the company Negocios Nuevo Mundo EIRL, Rioja 2020. It was an applied research, with an explanatory level and non-experimental design. The sample consisted of the administrator, sales manager, statement of financial position and income statement for the periods 2019 - 2020. The interview guide and documentary analysis guide were used as instruments. Results: In commercial planning, an analysis of the situation, market analysis, establishment of objectives and selection of strategies were carried out; these showed shortcomings that caused a monetary loss of S/. 14,221.00. In the commercial execution, the portfolio of clients, price of the garments and promotions are made, the loss produced by the shortcomings amounts to S/. 12,205.00. Commercial control includes activity control, salesperson training, after-sales service and inventory turnover, which are deficient due to a monetary loss of S/ 10,001.50. Inventory turnover was 2 times, the equity ratio was 9%, return on assets was 7%, gross profit was 29% and net profitability was 7%. Conclusion: Commercial management has a significant impact on profitability because the shortcomings caused the loss of S/. 36,427.00. Without this loss, the total asset ratio would have had an index of 12%, the gross yield would have had an increase from 23% to 26%. The net return would have increased from 7% to 11% because the net profit would have increased from S/. 58,417.00 to S/. 102,303.00.
