The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between protection measures and the woman's right to integrity in family violence processes at the Civil Court of the Province of Lamas, period 2020. It was a basic type of research, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive-correlational design, with a population of 90 judicial files for family violence and with a sample of 55. The study variables were: protection measures and the woman's right to integrity, whose data were recorded using the Checklist instrument. The results indicated that there is a 96% compliance level of the protection measures granted in favor of the aggrieved parties in family violence processes, according to the normative framework of Law N°30364, showing a high degree of effectiveness. In addition, a 75% level of violation of the right to the integrity of women was corroborated, whose valuation tendency shows a regular exercise of the right as such; it is worth mentioning that the right to physical and psychological integrity presented a higher violation response (78%). The dimension "Prohibition of communication" was identified as the protection measure with the highest significance and incidence in the variable concerning the woman's right to integrity (Rho=0.436; Sig.=0.000). In conclusion, it was possible to determine a significant relationship between protection measures and the woman's right to integrity in family violence processes in the Civil Court of the Province of Lamas, period 2020; however, this relationship is low (Rho=0.293) with a p-value of less than 0.05 (Sig.=0.030). Thus, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
