Occupational safety and health, with risk factors derived from working conditions at UNSM - T, period 2020. The present occupational safety and health research, with risk factors derived from working conditions at the UNSM-T, period 2020, aims to determine the relationship between the variables under study. The type of research was non-experimental, quantitative and cross-sectional, with a descriptive correlational design, using an analysis sample of 236 workers and applying the survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Consequently, the following results were obtained: the level of compliance with occupational health and safety indicators is deficient and the risk factors derived from working conditions are regular. The following are detailed: due to safety conditions, 32.05% never occur, almost never 8.0%, almost always 32.0% and always 28.0%; due to environmental conditions, 28.0% never occur, almost never 24.0%, almost always 16.0% and always 32.0%; due to health conditions, 32.0% never occur, almost never 12.0%, almost always 20.0% and always 36.0%; due to regulatory conditions, 4.0% never occur, almost never 12.0%, almost always 52.0% and always 32.0%. Therefore, the following conclusion can be reached: occupational safety and health are fully related to risk factors derived from working conditions at UNSM-T, period 2020, evaluated using the Chi-square statistic, with a two-sided asymptotic significance of 0.40 and where the calculated Chi-square (X2c=10.0) is greater than the tabulated Chi-square (X2t=9.487).
